Workshops at Tathaastu Foundation

At Tathaastu Foundation, we are committed to fostering mental wellness through a variety of engaging and impactful workshops. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive. Below are the types of workshops we offer:

FDP

Faculty Development Program

Objective: The workshop aimed to create awareness on mental health, guiding faculty to balance personal life, relationships, and self-care for overall well-being.

Benefits:
It helped educators recognize emotional labour, bridge family communication gaps, and rediscover personal identity, while equipping them with practical self-care practices to foster resilience and flourishing both in classrooms and in life.

Mental Wellness for Students

Objective: The workshop aimed to create awareness about the importance of mental Wellness and emotional resilience among students, helping them adjust to the new academic environment with confidence and clarity.

Benefits

Students learned practical tools for managing stress, the value of positive self-talk, and the importance of using freedom with responsibility. The session empowered them to make wise choices at this crucial stage of life, ensuring a balanced path for both academic and personal growth.

Stress Management

Objective: To equip participants with tools and techniques to manage and reduce stress effectively.
